Summer fun....painting in our undies

cause we can ;)

I've once again neglected the blog. But what can I say, Im trying to entertain two munchkins all day. One of my favorite things to do with them is to go outside pin up some posterboard hand them big gobs of paint put them in white t's and let them have at it!

Addisyn is going to be my little artist I believe. She pays extra attention to a the smaller areas. Aiden likes to slap it on there and get it done ;)

Lil Miss Addi Layne in her Toddler Tee...

Turned out really cute! The skirt needs to be brought up a bit closer to her actual waste(keep in mind I didnt measure first- this was a tester dress) But she loved it and was really comfy! I like the longer length. She was in it all day, jumped on a trampoline, rolled around in the grass and watched fireworks and stayed nice and comfortable yet cute the whole time! Everyone commented on her dress so I know it was a hit! Not to mention she even had a tag on it with her very own name!!! Now just how cool is that???

Next step Taaaaaags!

Toddler Tee Success!!!! ;)

Okay so Addisyn, my daughter, needed something cute too. So I decided to work with basic tee-shirts. The comfy plain white tee. These will best fit toddlers 2T-4T.
I think it worked out pretty well! Here was the progress....



Skirt Added.....



I made a flower to attached above the skirt and added a little permanent bonding so you can pin the flower on and off yourself without ruining the t-shirt when washing.
Flower added......
Little red bow added and also made with a little backing to protect the tee. The bow is sewed on.

I cant wait to try it on her tomorrow! I'll take more pics ;)

I am coming up with so many ideas for my FAVORITE time of year FALL!!!!!!!

This is SO sweet! Beautiful colors and tiny flecks of silver threading throughout the fabric. The pictures DONT do this dress justice! It really is pretty! And itty bitty socks to match!
